Leon Brocard (aka acme) is an orange-loving Perl eurohacker with many varied contributions to the Perl community, including the GraphViz module on the CPAN. YAPC::Europe was all his fault. He is still looking for a Perl Monger group he can start which begins with the letter 'D'.

Net::FTP::Throttle & work!

[ #27165 ]

As part of my new job working at Foxtons (yay!), I've released Net::FTP::Throttle, which allows you to throttle FTP puts and gets in megabits per second.

Next week I'll be in Amsterdam for the first O'Reilly European Open Source Convention talking about Debugging Perl. It'll be fun to see Amsterdam.pm again ;-) After that I'll join the hackers at Barcamp Amsterdam. See you there!
