Leon Brocard (aka acme) is an orange-loving Perl eurohacker with many varied contributions to the Perl community, including the GraphViz module on the CPAN. YAPC::Europe was all his fault. He is still looking for a Perl Monger group he can start which begins with the letter 'D'.

YAPC::Europe Day 3: Lightning Talks

[ #26566 ]
A new day, and some more lightning talks, HTML validation, Acme::Rot180 (I mean 08,⃓ʇoȢ::ǝɯɔᏌ), JAPHs, Apache2::Protocol::ESMTP (and Apache2::Throttle), getting organised, what the "%s (...) interpreted as function" warning really means, starting a UK professional institute, generating RPC code for OpenVMS, autogenerating FreeBSD ports of Perl modules with a secret P5PORT variable, Games::Fluxx, all the European Perl Workshops, and finishing up with 10 Things about Larry (by Gloria)! Phew! Then I presented the ever-so-practical White Onion Awards 2005 ;-)
