Leon Brocard (aka acme) is an orange-loving Perl eurohacker with many varied contributions to the Perl community, including the GraphViz module on the CPAN. YAPC::Europe was all his fault. He is still looking for a Perl Monger group he can start which begins with the letter 'D'.

API bugs

[ #25873 ]
I like website APIs. For example, I use the Flickr API to sync my photos to Flickr. Sidenote: syncing is very important and more things will start doing it automatically. But I can't do this when the Flickr API is buggy. Grrr!

Update: fixed by flickr!

  • Well, if they'd've written it in perl, they'd've had regression tests. No excuse.*

When you don't have regression tests, it's not perl, it's PERL [cpan.org]

  • Hi, I've been trying to find your flickr sync script, but was unable to do so. Are you making this available? Is it possible to get a copy of this script? Thanks rendier
