Pod progress, and rivers running backwards

The Pod parser I've been working on for months is now alive, and baring its shiny black teeth, and flexing its whip-like tentacles:

Files=8, Tests=189, 4 wallclock secs ( 0.00 cusr + 0.00 csys = 0.00 CPU)
I'm hoping to pin down a few more TODOs, add some more tests for =item's, and release in the next few days.
I pour myself a cup of strong coffee. :-)
