Netscape things

[ #7157 ]
Dear Log,

Matt wanted a way to search his Netscape cache better than something uselessly obvious and unfriendly like just grepping your cache directory.

So I had a look at the Netscape::Cache (et al) modules in CPAN. Apparently the Netscape cache-index-file format changes now and then -- and Netscape::Cache hasn't been updated in like five years. Ahwell. If it were up-to-date and portable and modular and happy, it'd be a snap to integrate with Netscape::History and a simple GUI.
