Waiting is difficult. It took about two months for me to receive my copies of the Slash book. I actually first saw a copy, in person, at Powell's Technical [powells.com]. Is it wrong to browse the stacks, putting copies at eye level?
So, chin up! Soon, reports will trickle in. Perhaps Dave Cross will write a favorable review, saying "It does exist!" He's a good man that way.
