«This book was produced utilizing a dual platform of traditional typography and state-of-the-art computer graphics. [... images were] scanned and separated on a Crossfield Scantex drum scanner. High resolution images were reassembled on a Macintosh Quadra 840AV running Adobe Photoshop.»
