No wonder I'm getting so much damned spam in Korean!: "In the period of three years, this country has transformed itself into the world's most wired nation, where more than half of the population surf in a wideband wonderland."

Simple solution: set up a filter to reject all email where any header line contains any of the strings:

  • charset="ks
  • =?ks
  • charset="euc
  • =?euc

That's assuming that you aren't actually expecting any mail in Korean.
