Dear People's Revolutionary Iraqi Army For the People of the Army of the Revolution of Iraq,

Okay, so I understand that "intercultural communication" is clearly not a forte of anyone in your social circle, country, or in fact any part of the right-to-left-writing world.

And okay, I understand that you're really into the whole thing with yelling at the camera and then slitting a guy's throat.

But if you're going to stand in front of your Awesome Revolutionary Flag while you threaten the Koreans, I think you really need to re-think the design of the flag. Really.

Because it was just a while ago that the Koreans had a wee little skirmish with a certain Asian maniacal genocidal empire whose flag design was quite similar, and I don't think you want to quite make that association in the minds of the Koreans -- especially since the lesson of that last Asian war could be construed as "the way you totally fix countries with a flag like that is by lobbing nuclear weapons at them as soon as you possibly can".

You can learn more about this and other history facts at your local public library!

(Burnt down.)
