=over ... =head1

[ #14542 ]
Dear Log,

I fiddled with Pod::Simple today to implement a feature where if you have an =over and some stuff and then a =head1 (or 2,3,4), it'll automatically issue a =back before the =head1, and will warn you. Nothing fancy. Along the way, I got a refresher in the delightfully Lovecraftian internals of Pod::Simple.
