  I don't see what webinject has over HTTP::Recorder. Is it just the GUI for viewing results?

    No, it's automated testing and reporting, and XML configuration and tests along the lines of Puffin.

    All, stuff you could put together yourself, but *shock horror*, somebody has packaged it nicely and integrated it properly.
