Weird spam

The perl.org webmaster alias recieved the following email this week:

implementation of alarm seems to fail on some/all of the implementations

may refere to http://URL for a better alternative of
handling timer based sub calls.

    I say hire the guy. He didn't specify which government he wanted to issue the bonds, so send him bonds issued by the municipality of Newark, NJ, or Sealand.
