[ #11795 ]
  • +5 to my employeer for being flexible, even if they don't know it.
  • +2 to Borders for having a TMobile Hotspot.
  • -1 from Borders Cafe, for having small and over-priced muffins.
  • +1 to TMobile for having decent bandwidth at their hotspots.
  • +1 to my car dealer for performing an oil change in under an hour, when they had three to do it.
  • -1 from my car dealer for not replacing the light bulb I asked them to -- and taking 40 minutes to do it. Most of that time was spent waiting for them to find it in the parts room.
  • +2 to Hyundai for having America's Best Warranty. (I didn't pay for the light bulb.)
  • -100 from the Internet Corporation Listing Service for sending me paper mail spam advertising their search engline listing service. I want to know where they got my address, it's obfuscated in the whois database. This notice is a solicitation and receipt of payment will confirm your annual listing.. At least they're honest about it.
  • +1 to the US Postal Service for delivering first class mail to neigboring cities the next day.
  • +1 to Scottrade for processing that mail immediately.
  • -1 to Linux's over-eager kswapd that periodically likes to eat all of my CPU.
  • +1 to me for getting some nice walking exercise today.
