We went yesterday (haven't uploaded those shots yet) and they now have wiring in place. Makes me really want to go ahead and have them pre-wire for home theatre and ethernet (though they are using Cat-5 for phone wires and they have the phone networking technology (HomePNA) (warning: link goes to howstuffworks, which can be annoying w/ pop-ups, etc) now).
I also downloaded/installed Scarecrow, a web message board software system that seems to be pretty cool. I'm mostly testing out the software for use in our commercial sites. It's pretty nice (Perl/CGI), but doesn't hook into a database and I would have to make a few modifications to interface with our current user-account system.
