Test::Differences

I now have co-maintainership of Test::Differences and I've made a release which fixes a bug in how an AoH with non-scalar values is handled. My immediate plans now are to upgrade it to a modern Perl distribution standard and then eliminate the remaining bugs. Hopefully this will be soon.
