Stuff with the Perl Foundation. A couple of patches in the Perl core. A few CPAN modules. That about sums it up.
I've decided that I will not be using Takahashi XUL for slides again. I really like Takahashi XUL. It's easy to use and I don't have to spend time learning a new bit of presentation software. That being said, I really have no control over the layout. It's the Takahashi way or nothing. However, the biggest drawback is that I cannot easily present my slides as a PDF.
I've downloaded OpenOffice Aqua for OS X. I'll try to learn the presentation software but after I get back home (I'm still in the Vienna airport) I'll upload a new tarball of the current slides and you'll be able to read them in Firefox.

Why not use S5 [meyerweb.com]?

I've used it in the past and was happy with it, but I don't believe there's any automatic s5 to pdf tools out there.
By the way, it was great meeting you at the conference.

Why does it have to be PDF, though?
(And the feeling is mutual.)

I get enough requests for PDF versions of my talks that I thought it would be nice to support that.
