Stuff with the Perl Foundation. A couple of patches in the Perl core. A few CPAN modules. That about sums it up.

Games::World -> Model::World?

[ #27440 ]

I just installed Bricolage 1.9.1 on my Mac today. Sweet! It's purty. I think I have more playing to do (when I'm not working on Games::World).

Speaking of Games::World, I think Games::World should probably be renamed Model::World. Just because I'm now using this to drive a text adventure as the first real app doesn't mean I should limit it to text adventures. Why not have software on which one can build a roughly arbitrary data model and have a natural language interface which can manipulate it? I'm building a system which could theoretically do that. Why on Games::World::Thing::Earth should I artificially limit myself? More than once I've written code which, in retrospect, is too limiting because I wasn't willing to think big enough.
