AxPoint

[ #8089 ]

Someone wrote to me yesterday thanking me for AxPoint, telling me it made a great photobook tool. I had to write back and ask him what the heck a photobook tool is!

Apparently it's a way to ship a book of pictures to a client, or online, but prevent the reader from being able to steal those pictures (or at least mostly prevent). I think it's a really neat application for one of my favourite projects. I asked him if he's automatically producing the XML for it, or doing it by hand, and he's just doing it by hand right now, but it got me thinking about applying it to the output of Barrie's new perl.com article on AxKit photo galleries...
