[ #7472 ] thinks it's yesterday for some reason. If I advance to today it shows more uploads (todays, even).

Is this a USian bias thing? If I do a HEAD request on it, it gets the GMT date correct.

    This particular problem arises because mysql and the webserver have a different idea about what timezone they are in.
