Sounds like England...! (Score:2)
This past week has been a tad on the warm side. In Hampshire it's been well over 30C in many places and on many days. Remember that pretty much no where has any kind of air conditioning too....!
We have also had a very dry winter, so many places are now in severe drought, and the hose-pipe bans are now out in force. Today we walked across the bed of River Test because it's got not a drop of water in it.
