Bruce Schneier and distributed puzzle de-puzzling

[ #24516 ]

So Bruce is an interesting guy. He's got a personality where he likes to entertain the crowd but I feel he is ultimately shy. Maybe I'm being too introspective there!

I got a free copy of Beyond Fear, which he signed:

To Matt:

  OHOE
  OEYN
  KBTJ

So now I'm asking you - my use.perl journal readers - to figure out what the heck that means. Hopefully I might know before I see him again tomorrow so I can surprise him with my decoding.

The only google reference I can find is from another guy called Matt who had his book signed this way, so maybe that is a clue.
