SQLite 3.0

[ #19863 ]

I'm working on porting DBD::SQLite to SQLite 3.0 (you can find out details of the changes on www.sqlite.org). This isn't an easy task as dealing with C libraries is always rather hard work. Hopefully it will be worth it.

I don't think I'll be able to release this soon. There's quite a few of my tests fail due to bugs in sqlite itself. Currently ORDER BY doesn't appear to work, among other things.

  • Glad to hear you're working on this, as I could use some of the newer concurrency features of SQLite. But it's still beta, so I'm not surprised you're finding bugs...
  • I owe you a nice meal next time you get the opportunity to come to Dallas/Ft. Worth.
