First osirusoft went down due to DDoS. Now proxies.relays.monkeys.com can't sustain the DDoS so they've shut their list down and are waving the white flag (but at least they're not returning a hit for every IP like osirusoft did).
I don't know where this quote comes from, but it seems rather appropriate:
"The inmates are running the assylum"
I wonder how many have to go down before the law enforcement agencies figure out that this is costing businesses millions of dollars.
