DBD::SQLite 0.24
Now hitting CPAN. Fixed the crashy crashy behaviour on OSX (and possibly other platforms) and upgraded sqlite to 2.7.6

I saw that crash on my laptop and tried to hack around it to no avail. Hopefully 2.76 will clear up some other odd behavior (getting back a null string after inserting
0into a field). If not, you'll be getting a bug report soon.
