Switch Module

[ #24041 ]

I've stumbled across the Switch module and thinks it's pretty cool (and more importantly useful!). Are there lots of folks using it out there?

Just Curious.

  • Well, the concept is extremely nice, (and Perl 6 has a switch statement), but the implementation, based on a source filter, is thus flawed by definition. As noted in the docs, there are undoubtedly serious bugs lurking somewhere in code this funky.
  • Cool to play with, but don’t use in production. People have been bitten by it.
