Perl foundation grant updates

[ #6165 ]

Well, I threw together an update on the current state of the foundation grants. It's been submitted here to use.perl, as well as on Perl Monks at the moment, for anyone who's interested. I won't repeat it here, as it's reasonably big, and two places is enough.

  • I'm a bit unclear on Damian's "escape velocity" status. He's no longer funded by YAS, yes, but he's not going back to Monash, either?

    P.S. Thanks, Dan.

    • Damian and Monash have, for the most part, parted ways. Not unsurprising given the length of time he's been waway. It's my understanding that he feels he's got, at least at the moment, enough training sessions set up to scrape by on his own. (The training market's pretty thin even for Damian, so if you, or anyone else, has training they need done, get in touch with him. (Every class session helps...)
