OSCON be a bare 11 days away, and YAPC:::NA walked the plank 2 weeks ago. I be proposin' 2 social events that might appear on the "official" OSCON wiki under expurgated names.

The first be a bad movie night. This year at YAPC::NA we screened Skidoo and Evil Alien Conquerors, along with some other random short features. OSCON will fill in a belated request from the YAPC::NA wiki of "MST3K: The Movie" and, include the stage adaptation of Manos: Hands of Fate, which neatly segues into the next BOF:

The group which performed a stage adaptation of "Manos" is doing The Brain That Wouldn't Die during OSCON. The only showing that yours truly can attend (and has tickets for) is the Thursday night showing at 7pm, which is "pay what you want" for the cheapskates among you.

We'll put the notices up on the board at OSCON, and the Wiki when it comes back up for editing. For the time being, if you're planning to stop by, just add yourself as a comment or something akin to that. DrForr 2006-07-12T21:40:46+00:00 journal
