Typos kill. *smacks forehead*
Spent half an hour tracking down a bug before I noticed this:
<!-- TMPL_VAR NAME=NWNW-->
which is obviously not the same as this:
<!-- TMPL_VAR NAME=NWNW -->
which is what I meant.
I'm such a dumbass sometimes
