Vienna Talks

Originally, I planned on going to Vienna for YAPC::Europe. Then plans changed, my budget was cut and decided not to go... Now, for some less than obvious reason, I'm again planning on going. As before, I'm submitting a talk. The only problem is that I haven't written a single line. I'm still working on my angle and on my timeslot estimation.
