Virus attack

[ #29897 ]
I have no idea how I suddenly got a virus on my system but my scanner claims I do. The scanner marks it as Generic Downloader.ab (Trojan) in the file called C:\WINDOWS\system32\winqgn32.dll. The file is compressed with something called nspack and it's hooked to my Winlogon. Regedit situates it somewhere in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Notify\winqg32. I also found a bunch of winXX.tmp.exe files in my C:\WINDOWS\Temp\. Google didn't give me anything solid on this so I just renamed the file and hope my next reboot won't be my last.
