Challenge of the past 2 days...

One of our customers works from home.. or rather he lives at work. This means that his kids run around the workplace all the time and tend to use computers whenever they see fit... This means that most of the computers are stuffed with spy-ware, funky tools that do nothing and (most importantly) tools that fuck up your machine completly. This results in swearing and cursing from our customer because some of the computers have no virus scanner on it (because he's too cheap to buy them).. but those that do are also fucked up (hence the anti-virus-not-being-present-excuse doesn't stick). To make things worse, there is financial information on those computers. It's quite possible that at this very moment somewhere in the suburban jungle of Kosovo or Beijing some guy is reading all about how Mister Bob spent 500 euros on a skin treatment or someone maxed out their credit card on exotic dancer sites.

The customer is always right so remember.. shut up and just reinstall the machine.
