OSCon 2004 Call for Participation

geoff writes "It's that time of year again: the official OSCon 2004 Call for Participation has been announced. The theme this time is 'Opening the Future: Discover, Develop, Deliver' and the deadline for submissions is February 9th." The conference will be in Portland OR again, July 26-30, 2004.
