AxKit 1.5 Released

Matts writes "AxKit 1.5 is out - lots of performance improvements included in this release, mostly achieved by moving code into XS. I've been waiting to put 1.5 out before the migration of AxKit to an official apache.org project, under the xml.apache.org umbrella. So hopefully all things going well that should happen in the next few days (though expect it to take a little longer before we can migrate the web site over there).

For those not in the know, AxKit is an XML application server - allowing you to generate applications in an Apache server using various XML technologies such as XSLT and eXtensible Server Pages. All built using Perl, mod_perl, and XS."

Forgot a link. Good old Chateuneuf [envillage.free.fr] will do that to you.

    Get it here [axkit.org].

Oh, and happy new year! Check out Jupiter tonight - it's really bright!

There are features that should not be used.
There are concepts that should not be exploited.
There are problems that should not be solved.
There are programs that should not be written.
