Gerald Richter writes "The Fourth German Perl Workshop will be held in Sankt Augustin, Germany (near to Bonn and Cologne), from Feb 13 until 15, 2002." Registration is now open, with reduced rates until Dec. 31, and a first draft of the timetable, with abstracts, will soon be online. Featured this year will be five tutorials, by Damian Conway, Dave Cross, Mark Overmeer, Michael Rachow, and Jouke Visser.
