autarch writes "I wrote this document months ago but never thought to announce it anywhere but the POOP list. This document is a comparison of a number of POOP modules/frameworks for Perl. POOP stands for Perl Object-Oriented Persistence (thank Schwern for the acronym). Anyway, the POOP comparison is available at http://poop.sourceforge.net/. Right now it convers a fair number of tools including Class::DBI, DBIx::RecordSet, Alzabo, Tangram, and SPOPS.

So take a look and if you have any questions/complaints/criticisms then join the POOP-group list (http://lists.perl.org/). It is intended to be a living document so discussion is welcome."
